Seven Ate Nine offers this finely shredded pastry, crafted to perfection, making it ideal for dishes like baklava, kunafa, and various appetisers. The delicate strands can be moulded into different shapes, allowing for creative presentations and diverse culinary applications.

Kataifi-Wrapped Prawns:
Ingredients: Prawns, Seven Ate Nine Kataifi Filo, melted butter, garlic, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
Method: Season the prawns with garlic, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Take a small bundle of Kataifi dough, wrap it around each prawn, and brush with melted butter. Bake at 200°C (180°C fan)/400°F/gas mark 6 for 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy.
Traditional Greek Kataifi Dessert:
Ingredients: Seven Ate Nine Kataifi Filo, chopped walnuts, cinnamon, melted butter, sugar, water, lemon juice, and honey.
Method: Spread half of the Kataifi dough in a baking dish, sprinkle evenly with a mixture of chopped walnuts and cinnamon, and cover with the remaining dough. Drizzle with melted butter and bake at 180°C (160°C fan)/350°F/gas mark 4 for 40-45 minutes. Prepare a syrup with sugar, water, lemon juice, and honey. Once the pastry is golden, pour the cooled syrup over the hot pastry and let it absorb before serving.
