Sucuk is one of the most beloved sausages across Turkey and the Middle East, known for its deep red colour, aromatic spices and unmistakable garlic richness. This Suntat Dilim Sucuk comes conveniently pre-sliced, making it easy to cook straight from the pack.
Made from halal beef and seasoned with traditional spices such as garlic, paprika and cumin, sucuk develops an intensely savoury flavour when lightly fried. As the slices cook, they release their natural oils and spices, creating a beautifully fragrant base for eggs, breads and mezze dishes.
Sucuk is especially popular in Turkish breakfast dishes such as sucuklu yumurta (sucuk with eggs), where the sausage is fried until slightly crisp and then cooked with eggs in the same pan.
