Next day nationwide delivery
At Greenfields, we aim to provide you with a punctual and reliable service. We are committed to a next day turnaround from the moment you place your order with us from Sunday to Wednesday, any orders placed from Thursday to Saturday will be delivered the following Tuesday. If you have any specific requests or preferences, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try to accommodate you as much as possible.
We appreciate you would want to know when your delivery will arrive, therefore please find an estimated delivery guideline below. Please note there are no deliveries on Bank Holiday Mondays:

Delivery may sometimes take an additional day due to seasonal variations or volume.
If your delivery contains perishable items, it will arrive in an insulated box containing ice packs and is chill test safe for up to 36 hours in an unopened consignment. It is important that all products should be refrigerated and/or frozen as soon as you open your package.
We deliver to every postcode in the UK from Tuesday to Friday.
Delivery charge of £7.99 applies to all orders up to 10kg, thereafter £0.40 per extra kg.
We deliver to every postcode in Northern Ireland from Tuesday to Friday.
Our 2 day delivery charge of £25.00 applies to all orders up to 10kg, thereafter £1.00 per extra kg.
Receipt of Deliveries
As some of the items we supply are perishable, the responsibility lies with the customer to ensure that the parcel is accepted on the day of delivery. If an attempt was made to deliver and was failed due to nobody being present at home, then the responsibility and liability for the loss of goods lies with the customer, in this respect no claim can be made against Greenfields.
Your delivery (for Mainland UK) will arrive in an insulated box containing ice packs and is chill/frozen test safe for up to 36 hours in an unopened consignment. Any chilled and frozen products received with the delivery must be refrigerated/frozen upon arrival. We are unable to accept fresh produce returns, once the products are delivered we cannot be held responsible for items that are left to spoil or be stolen.
Customers are responsible for inspecting their delivery as soon as it is received. Any defects, although rare, must be reported to email@example.com within 2 hours of delivery to be considered for refund or replacement.
