Ajwa Date Syrup Energy Smoothie
Ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp Ajwa date syrup
  • 250ml almond milk (or any milk of choice)
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • A pinch of cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Serve chilled as a nourishing and naturally sweet drink.

Ajwa Date Syrup Glazed Chicken
Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 2 tbsp Ajwa date syrup
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • A pinch of black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Mix the date syrup, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, and pepper to create a glaze.
  2. Marinate the chicken thighs in the glaze for at least 1 hour.
