Egyptian Fas Mango (approx 2kg)

Egyptian Fas mangoes are a cherished variety, known for their rounded shape and intensely aromatic scent. Grown in Egypt’s sun-soaked farms, the Fas mango ripens during the height of the summer season and is prized for its sweet flavour, silky-smooth texture, and low fibre content – making it ideal for eating fresh, blending into smoothies, or using in desserts.

Unlike other varieties that can be stringy or tough, Fas mangoes are soft, tender, and easy to peel. Their flavour is rich and almost honey-like, with tropical floral notes. Each fruit is packed with juicy flesh and a relatively small seed, giving you more to enjoy.

Usage Instructions
To enjoy at its best, allow the mango to fully ripen until it gives slightly when gently pressed and emits a sweet aroma near the stem. Slice around the stone, then score the flesh into cubes or scoop it out with a spoon. It can be enjoyed chilled or at room temperature.
