Crafted for convenience without compromising on tradition, this kofta mix reflects the flavours found across the Levant, Turkey and the Eastern Mediterranean. The meat is carefully seasoned with a harmonious mix of spices that enhance rather than overpower, allowing the natural richness of the meat to shine through. Ideal for grilling, baking or pan-cooking, the kofta cooks beautifully while remaining juicy and full of flavour.
Traditionally shaped onto skewers or formed into small logs or patties, kofta is incredibly versatile. Serve it with warm flatbreads, crisp salads, tahini or yoghurt sauces, or alongside rice and roasted vegetables for a hearty meal. It also works well as a filling for wraps or platters, making it perfect for family meals, gatherings or Ramadan iftars.
Extra product tips: Shape slightly thinner for quicker grilling and a charred finish. Brush lightly with oil before cooking to enhance browning. Rest for a few minutes after cooking to lock in juices.
