Rub the beef with olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
Slow roast at 150°C for 1.5-2 hours, until tender.
Serve with roasted vegetables and gravy.
Beef Eye Round Stir-Fry
Thinly slice the beef and marinate in soy sauce, ginger, and garlic for 30 minutes.
Stir-fry with mixed vegetables, sesame oil, and chili flakes.
Serve over steamed rice or noodles.
