Instructions:

Preparation:
  • Dissolve the crème caramel mix in 500ml of milk.
  • Stir continuously while heating on medium heat until the mixture begins to boil.
Cooking:
  • Lower the heat and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes while stirring.
Assembly:
  • Pour the caramel sauce from the sachet into serving moulds.
  • Carefully pour the cooked crème mixture on top of the caramel sauce.
Chilling:
  • Let it cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for 2-3 hours until set.
  • Serve chilled by inverting the moulds onto a plate.
