Teeba Artichoke Hearts (Enginar Içi / أرضي شوكي) are made from carefully selected artichokes, trimmed down to their prized inner hearts and gently preserved to maintain their natural texture and flavour. Popular across Middle Eastern, Mediterranean and Turkish kitchens, artichoke hearts are valued for their versatility and ability to absorb flavours beautifully.
These artichoke hearts are ideal for mezze spreads, salads, pasta dishes, rice dishes, pizzas and vegetable stews. They work just as well served simply with olive oil and lemon as they do folded into creamy sauces or baked dishes.
