1. Classic Ginger Coffee

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp Kif Almosafer Ginger Coffee
  • 1 cup water
  • Honey or sugar to taste (optional)

Method:

  1. Boil the water in a traditional coffee pot (dallah) or saucepan.
  2. Add the ginger coffee and simmer gently for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Strain into small coffee cups and sweeten if desired. Serve hot, perfect for cool mornings or after meals.

2. Ginger Coffee Mocha

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp Kif Almosafer Ginger Coffee
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1-2 tsp sugar or sweetener (optional)

Method:

    1. Brew the ginger coffee with water as per instructions.
    2. Heat the milk and stir in the cocoa powder until dissolved.
    3. Combine the brewed coffee and chocolate milk in a mug, sweeten if needed, and stir well.
    4. Garnish with a dusting of cocoa powder or a slice of candied ginger for an extra treat.
