1. Traditional Saffron Coffee

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp Kif Almosafer Saffron Coffee
  • 1 cup water
  • Sugar to taste (optional)

Method:

  1. Boil the water in a traditional coffee pot (dallah) or saucepan.
  2. Add the saffron coffee and let it simmer gently for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Strain into small coffee cups and serve warm, often paired with sweet treats like baklava or dates.

    Ingredients:

    • 1 tbsp Kif Almosafer Saffron Coffee
    • 1 cup milk
    • ½ cup water
    • 1 tsp sugar or honey (optional)

    Method:

    1. Brew the saffron coffee with water as per instructions.
    2. Heat the milk separately and froth it using a whisk or milk frother.
    3. Pour the brewed coffee into a mug, top with the frothed milk, and sweeten if desired.
    4. Garnish with a pinch of saffron strands for added flair.
