Ingredients:

  • 200g dark or milk chocolate, melted
  • 80g premium deluxe nougat, finely chopped
  • 12 fresh strawberries

Method:

  1. Melt the chocolate over a bain-marie or in the microwave.
  2. Dip each strawberry into the melted chocolate and place on parchment paper.
  3. Sprinkle with finely chopped nougat before the chocolate sets.
  4. Allow to cool completely before serving.

2. Nougat & Almond Croissant Pudding

A rich, nutty take on a classic dessert.
Ingredients:

  • 4 butter croissants, torn into pieces
  • 250ml double cream
  • 250ml whole milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 100g sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 80g premium deluxe nougat, chopped
  • 50g flaked almonds

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C fan).
  2. In a bowl, whisk eggs, sugar, milk, cream, and vanilla.
  3. Arrange the croissant pieces in a baking dish and pour over the custard mixture.
  4. Sprinkle with chopped nougat and flaked almonds.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden and set.
