These Samahy pickled vine leaves are carefully selected for their size and tenderness, then preserved to retain their flexible texture and clean, slightly tangy flavour. A staple across Levantine, Turkish and Mediterranean kitchens, they are most famously used for stuffed vine leaves (waraq enab), but are equally suited to creative modern dishes.
Pre-pickled and ready to use, these vine leaves save time without compromising on quality. Simply rinse to reduce saltiness, then fill and roll with your preferred rice, herb or meat mixture. Their uniform size makes them especially reliable for catering, family cooking, and batch preparation.
