Filo for pastry is the perfect filo for making the famous baklava and other delicious Greek Sweets. It is made by top quality flour and it does not contain preservatives. To Bake:
Remove the product from the refrigerator and leave it at room temperature for approx. 10 minutes.
Unroll the filo sheets and lay them on a flat surface.
Use one sheet at a time, after smearing it with butter or oil.
Prepare your creation and smear the surface with butter or oil.
Carve the pie into pieces and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C until golden brown.
Adjust the baking time and temperature according to your oven.
The product is not baked in the microwave oven.
